Google App Engine Python - not the last version -

I recently downloaded Python GAE, version 1.8.9. After successful installation, when I run GoogleAppEngineLauncher, I get this:

As you can see I'm not using the latest version .. But I have the latest one, 1.8.9!

Any ideas have been established? What am I missing?
