command line - cmd $env:APPDATA - The system cannot find the path specified -

I get this issue for some time, and I do not know why just cd $ env: APPDATA < / Code> but it says a message that she is not getting the path.

In addition to this, mv command does not work, it only gives that 'MV' is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Any thoughts?

Here my path is var - C: \ Ruby200 \ bin \; C: \ Windows \ System32 \

So I do not see anything wrong with that ... any thoughts?

PowerShell to use the environment variable for the user's roaming profile $ env: APPDATA , as you know it and it is used.

The only thing in Windows CMD is that it will look like this:

  cd% APPDATA%

for reference See.
