php - Session Variables Not Setting -

This is a script that I was trying to set the variable for an administrator user, but this session variable never Not set, I can tell this because I tested it using the Admin Dashboard and it does not allow me to login

     session_start ();  at the top of your code only 
 

and tags and should go to each page.
