jquery - AJAX Character Encoding In JSP -

I have a jsp which sends some code to servlet I am receiving ajax and success with the servlet .

But I have a problem with the pigment:

As you can see that I é for sybmol have been found.

I tried to add this line to my Ajax

  contentType: "application / x-www-form-urlencoded; charset = UTF -8 "

and I tried to add it to my html code:

  & lt; Meta charset = "utf-8" />

But none of them work.

I only get this problem in the data which is returned by the servlet .

How can I solve it?
