eclipse - Mouse pointer invisible with color inversion using xcalib -

I use Xlive on Ubuntu to reverse my colors, all the colors inverted except for my mouse pointer.

This is the result of an invisible mouse pointer in the Mathematica and Eclipse. (Black background and black mouse cursor) These programs override the default mouse cursor.

Please tell me how to reverse my mouse cursor when my screen is inverted. (Or prevent your system from overriding the default cursor)
