This is a known 4.5 released for more solar version I guess so am running time run Solrclaud 2 Shards update DIH work properly on the server, but when it is a shard or failed replication is sent.
Here is the related issue. And like you and me whoever suffered this error.
As far as I know, the only workaround is currently to go back to a Solr version 4.5 or below ...
