I have created a form for a specific group of users in my CRM 2011 system, I want them to see this form . I can copy their security role and only set the form for this security role, but I have a problem:
They are currently in security role with the second group of users. I copy the security role, so now no specific optimization will be seen throughout the system.
Only one form should separate me from others, can I get all kinds of forms in any way that are capable of specific security role (to give new rights also to the rights)? Perceptions based on your query: You have the default form for an entity already present, which is for all users. Is used by (all users). You want to add an additional form to the unit which is available only to a few users (select users), currently presenting a security role to all users who provide them the necessary access to the system.
-
Create a new security role (form specific role). You do not have to give this role a privilege just to give a name.
-
Select user form specific role . No Remove your other security roles.
-
Add a new form entity, restricted form .
-
Highlight the new form and click Enable Security Roles . Select only for selected security roles and select form specific role created in step #. Make sure that is enabled for the fallback is unchecked ok click on
-
Form list form order and main form set (or the appropriate form type if you are working on a mobile or quick create form.
-
above, given belowNew, Restricted Forms , Top Options.
-
Save and publish all changes.
Now when a user is specified the security role reaches this unit The option of their default form will be a restricted form. No will affect all other methods by which they are logged Or your problem statement by their privileges in the rest of the system.
