amazon web services - Adding Icons on top of edges in graphviz -

I am trying to use graphviz to copy the AWS drawing plan below:

I wanted to know that it is possible to add the mouse over the edge like the following icons in the diagram:

AWS "Cloud" VPC "Cloud" lock icon router icon Internet gateway icon
