sql server 2008 - Adding Column Flags when Replacing Data Table -

I have a base data table on SQL Server 2012, which is a new data set Has been replaced with Once the data table is changed, what column of the column do I change since finally uploading the data? The types of data in the questions are VARCHAR (255) and there may be several columns for which such a flag is required
