I have created a web based SSRS report and it is fully displayed. By default, it zooms to "full page", but when I change percentages from -25%, this varies, but when I return it to "full page", then it remains the same. .
QA is giving me a hard time, so I was wondering what was the "whole page" option?

You can read more about various SSRs device settings. The option to "zoom" is, I believe that HTML is only available on rendering - it will not take you to your specific export formats.
Zoom can be set to either a% value, or string value "full page" and "page width" "full page". String values are very self-explanatory
"Page Width" increases your report horizontally so that it fits perfectly within horizontal margin pages. There should be no horizontal scrolling necessary to view the report, though vertical scrolling will still be necessary.
"whole page" will try to zoom the report at such a level, in which the entire page is displayed at one time frame to view your report - this means that it should be scaled up or down .
Try testing this behavior with such reports that contain objects besides tables - some flexible ones already in the tables, and it can be difficult to identify the behavior of scaling, as well as your Try changing browser window size between hanging - like cropping your browser 1/4 of your screen and running a report from a "full page" zoom level is almost unread Financial report results.
