resource selection error using Jenkins External Resource Dispatcher and Flow Plugin -

I use the Jenkins "external resource dispatcher" v1.1.0 plugin () "Build Flow Plugin" "in Jenkins v1.551 V0.10 plugin () "

However, the selection of a resource fails with the following error message:" No phone has been selected even when we have the selection criteria built. " And construction stops.

Selection for the normal job works, okay I get an error for the flow projects.

Does anyone know how this can be solved?
