Can't start appmon in erlang R17 RC1 -

I have got Erlang / OTP 17 [Release candidate 1] and I can not start Epone I have tried:

  apomon: start () ** exception error: undefined function appmon: start / 0

I also tried:

 < Code> l (Apman).

And I get the following error:

  {error, nofile}
