How to excel connection file (<name>.csv) always same name as excel file? -

I am analyzing data in several CSV files. Everyone has the same column schema (see below). So I created the same excel file which confirms the data of the same csv file.

From time to time coming in new csv files. My idea is to copy my pre-set file excellence and give these excel files to the same name as their corresponding CSV file if I open an Excel file then I import the data from the CSV file into the same name as the existing Axle file Want to do Currently I have to manually edit the connection file in each Excel file.

I hope you understand my problem, I'm using Excel 2010

the comment showed what I suggested that what you want Had not been there, I suggested that the removed. Perhaps you can use the following to build the name.

Enter the following formula in that cell in which you want to display the current filename with its absolute path: Name of the current worksheet: = cell ("fILENAME")

Enter only the current filename (for example, Test.xls)

To insert the name of the following formula, enter a cell in the current file: = middle (cell ("fILENAME Search ("[", cell ("filename")), search ("[", cell ("file name")) + 1 search ("]", cell ("file name")) - search )

No T If you use this formula on the worksheet not saved, you receive a #VALUE error! If you save the worksheet, the error has been replaced by the filename.

You can then use this .xls to edit and change from .csv, to be able to take action on it.
