terminal - Permisson denied to open liteloader-1.7.2.jar -

I was downloading a mod for micrans. Although this is not unworkable, so I put it in (chmod + x liteloader-1.7.2.jar), but after that he has a lock so I clicked it and he said

Try giving administration privileges to the sudo command!

So basically:

  sudo chmod + x yourfile.jar
