c# - Can not open connection to localhost database VS2013 -

I have displaced today with mysql package to provide acces for mysql commands and references. Everything is fine, but every time I try to open a connection, then this error is called 40.

I tested everything again but in some way, it can not be connected. I have a vamp running and I can get the wizard's way through the wizard (add database connection), but with coding, it does not work: (
